Zoe Sharpe has started a new role this month at Dandara Living, which will station her in Bristol to work on future projects in the area.

The company’s planning application for the Bedminster Green development, located between East Street and Bedminster Station, was submitted in December 2018.

Dandara Living intends to create 329 BTR homes, which subject to planning permission, would mean apartments would be available by late 2021.

The homes will be a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments with parking, and will feature on-site amenities including a gym, lounge, high-speed broadband and a shopping delivery service.

The homes will be offered with leases for up to three years, with the aim to encourage a sustainable community.

Dandara Living’s development manager Zoe Sharpe said: "Bristol is a fantastic city to live and work in, and our new Dandara Living community at Bedminster Green has been designed to deliver the security of tenure and convenience that today’s rental occupiers want and expect.

“The regeneration of Bedminster Green has significant long-term economic benefits for the area, and addresses local demand for much-needed high-quality homes and spaces which are suitable for all ages, abilities and interests.

“Additionally, the creation of high-quality public realm amenity, improved choices for cycling and walking and the development of habitats, trees and planting will also contribute to good air quality and enhanced wellbeing.”
